#FLINT-The new Flint City Charter became effective 1/1/18. On this Monday 4/23/18 112 Days later Flints Ombudsman, Human Relations Board and Ethics and Accountability Board have not been seated because of inaction by Flints Mayor and Flint City Council. Why? Ask them. @terrybankert
